Trying a few new things with art, so bear with me 🙂 Plus, I enjoyed drawing Sparticus waaaaaay too much.

Damn eyes, how I struggle with you!
Since the Nerf This Book is finally coming out in a month, I’ve always wondered how a Scout book would do, if I did, it would be the 1st 100 pages, but I’m dreading thinking if it would sell.
Trying to improve the art in a few ways. Hoping everything turns out all right, and sorry about the late update, I’m getting ready to move, so time has been pretty tight on all fronts.
One thing I try to do in Scout is give you the best page I can possibly do, and try to push myself art wise further than the last. There are things I need to improve on, like certain character angles, overhead shots, and many other things. I also want to improve the amount of time for updates, too. I’ve even considered black and white strips. Sometimes I feel that would be counter productive to creating something worthy that you all can enjoy. You all deserve that.
God, I love Ruggles, and his sass.
I’ve also been thinking since I do ink in these pages from time to time… would people actually be interested in buying an original art page? What would I charge? … 20 bucks?
I want to thank everyone for the feedback from the last post, I didn’t realize how many people loved this comic, and I promise to put the best of what I can do in every post. Trying some new shading/lighting techniques, hopefully some steps towards a stronger inking style. Now, on to get ready for the next post!
Goodbye blue haired girl without eyebrows, I’ll never miss drawing your fuzzy collared coat ever again 😀 Seriously, the terrible shading on that coat can go to hell… and that pizzly bear’s stomach.
I originally was going to have Finn scrap it out with crazy blue, but it would have been a little one sided for her. Even Pizzly Bear is scared of Finn for “reasons“.
