Sorry for those few that watched me in Ustream today, the video portion of the feed kept crashing, I was givin’ a tip to try Livestream, so that’s next on the list.

Here is another journal comic since everyone seems to like them so far, I hope you enjoy it. Â I am also the proud father of an intuos4 tablet, I’ve named him Drawey.

So this story in Nerf This is fairly important to me, because a lot is going to happen very fast next week.  I also want to point out that while Chase, Zoey, Taryn, Mr. Mills, and the others do not have real life counterparts, Tony and Steph do.  While they don’t share their personalities, they are my best friends, and they really did date for ten years before they were engaged (they met when they were 15 & 16).  July marked their 1st anniversary, and I couldn’t be happier for them.
This is also the very first time in my life I’ve ever drawn anyone kissing, while I’ve drawn dinosaurs, dragons, sharks, and Spiderman about a couple hundred times, I’M SUCH A BOY!
On another note I will be in Philadelphia tomorrow at the Academy of Natural Sciences for a book release by Ned Rauch Mannino (I did the art for him).
Another Journal Comic!
This is a very true story, there was a vulture on my property with a broken wing. Â During my chase of this eater of all things dead, I had it cornered in a large shrub, now I’ve been trying to catch this legendary creature for weeks now, (and when you live on 12 acres, there is a lot of room to hide). Â This vulture became my white whale, and I would have my harpoons ready (harpoons equal my hands, and me catching him), and I would not have him elude me again! Â I never knew a vulture could hiss… or drool, and I underestimated that it’s beak is like a razor blade. Â But I’m slightly overly optimistic when it comes to wild animals, instead of realizing that I should say, “oh look, it’s a wild animal” I usually say, “I’m SO petting you, forver”. Â So without gloves, I dived into that damned bush. (did you know vultures will vomit on you as a defense mechanism?)
So if you ever go to Hawk Mountain in PA, you can see him! Â They renamed him though, they THOUGHT Hannibal was better than Iggy… whatever.

Soooooo… let’s talk about Friday, because Friday became known as the day “Scott almost got a tattoo in his forehead that said “WTF” in large fancy scripted letters.
Some of you (possibly up to 10,000 people) may have seen that my sites, all of my sites were being attacked by spyware, and these warning messages were being displayed to you because my site was trying to infect your computer. Â If it wasn’t for the quick action of Denis of L.A.W.L.S. and Phil of Comicpress and Comic Easel, I would have probably torn all my sites down, or possibly lost all my updates. Â They were able to restore Nerf This along with my other sites to full working order within a few hours. Â I really want to apologize for everyone seeing these messages, I couldn’t be more sincere when I say that, but the problem is fixed, and it shouldn’t happen again.
Again, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience.  In light of this really serious moment, please enjoy this picture of adorableness.
So some things, 1st off, I really want to thank The Fabler for giving me the chance to enter their contest, I’m shocked, happy, and completely surprised all rolled into one mega-emotion.  I would also like to point out that they will be doing these contests on a quarterly basis.  So if any of you like comics, like to draw and write comics, you might want to enter 🙂
Secondly, I will be leaving my webhosting service with GoDaddy, and will most likely be going to Bluehost. Â I saw this morning that my sites were once attached my some malicious entity again. Â This hurts me, my business, and my readers, and it’s unforgivable, and thank you Denis for immediately jumping on the problem. Â The problem is fixed for now, it “should” stay that way.
I really want to thank everyone for te kind words on the Fabler contest, I can’t wait to create some gorgeous comics for you guys 🙂
Don’t fret, if you were expecting an epic battle today, just be a pinch patient 😉  I hope I got shadow guy’s powers to look good enough.
