Special Children
Remember Taylor Lisney’s youtube video for an Olympus Camera a few weeks back? I want to thank all of you who checked out his video a few weeks ago, because… well… he won 🙂
Ok, here is the news, two things actually, first things first.
1. Someone asked me why I named the comic Nerf This, and to answer, I have not the slightest idea why I did. I knew that it wasn’t going to be a gaming comic, but I still persisted to name it so over a year ago. So in spite of this, I’ve often times romanced the thought of changing the name of this webcomic. I’m not sure if this is unheard of, but it was just an idea.
2. I will be launching a 4th comic, I’ve been scripting out a few story-lines, so stay tuned for that.
Honestly, I don’t think I would be this passionate about this profession if I didn’t have everyone’s support, you guys are awesome 🙂
I’m such a sucker for semicircle eyes. I could help but skee along in the 3rd panel. 😀

I’m excited to see what the fourth comic will be, though I do agree with Joe…you just might be. Hey, if it makes you happy…you certainly know it makes all of us happy. I enjoy your comics. And I put my thoughts about changing the name of Nerf This on the Facebook page, heh
That’s a great idea about asking people on my FB page, I’ll most likely do that this week, and this 4th comic will be another humor based story, one I know I’ll have fun with 🙂

Agreed. He’s seriously just trying to kill himself with art. But slower than the rest of the suicidal artists.
The next comic will be an elaborate suicide note… in the form of an utterly delightful comic.
Oh, totally. But it’ll be one of those secret codes where you have to look at the paper version of the comic under a certain light and some of the dots will glow and it’ll be short phrases on every comic and the last one will be “could not live with having seen myself with roofie-man-girl”
Because the last one is always the longest.

I bet that would be climactic, like the last post of Perry Bible Fellowship, but I’m really forward to this 4th comic, in many different ways than the others 🙂

Thank you for helping him out, I know he’s appreciative, and I’ll be sure to update everyone on his creations. Good news too, I found someone to make a small round of plushies, it’s just a murderous waiting list 🙁 But they are on their way, if not then I’ll make humiliating videos of myself being chased by small dogs (something I never want to do!)
I’m of course happy to have your affection besides my shortcomings 😉
you know, the thought of you being chased by small yapping dogs made me do an evil finger tap followed by a rather spine chilling giggle, this worries me…although I think maybe you have a little more right to be worried. But the knowledge that the plans are out there make me feel a bit better about the whole thing!
And of course you have my affections despite your short comings, I couldn’t very well let someone I didn’t have affections for have my seahorse babies while we have underwater battles with sharks now could I?
I’d say we better take EXTRA measures, and duct tape rockets on those seahorses, I’ve heard rumors that sharks are sneaky underwater 😉

Although I am a relatively new fan I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that I look forward to your updates more than every other web comic I read so hearing that your making a fourth one will probably make me end up having a heart attack from excitement
