Yes, it’s a filler, and I’m sorry for that BUT, the reason being the tee shirt I spent a decent portion of today working on 🙂 Yes, this is maybe the final draft of it, not sure yet, but next week I will be taking pre-orders for it once I have it added to the store 🙂

Let’s be fair here. It’s always the skinny little guys who will do horribly unspeakable things to you with a ballpoint pen/ their bare hands, given the chance. Case in point, Scout. His hands may be leafy, but they are still bare. unless I’m blind he’s a medium. Also I’m skinny as shit and I am a career killer. In the infamous words of many lying women, size doesn’t matter.
I may have to add a complimentary hunting knife to sell with the shirt in case you need to use it for bandages from battles.
because knives should only be used AFTER the fight. good thinking, and we may need to get the word out to the majority of L.A.

That shirt is as good as mine! And as good as several other’s as well, I imagine! However, I do agree with a previous post. A checklist of animals killed with bare hands should be made on the back of the shirt.
I may have to add that list, it all depends on cost after I get a quote together for a batch of them.

Checklist indeed. And I also ask that the man’s fists be bared. Not a dealbreaker by any means (I was legitimately thinking we were getting the exact shirt he was wearing, and I was good with that, so anything extra’s just bonus points), but still, since you seem the type to try to perfect this as much as possible, those are my suggestions.
Not going to lie, I almost liked the shirt he was wearing better. Simple, elegant, and says exactly what it means. That being said no matter what I am totally ordering this shirt

Also, in response to the first comment, it’s always the little guys that have something to prove. Case in point, I once brought down a guy roughly 1.5 to 2 times my size (I just climbed on his back and started thrashing him, eventually he fell over.)…I think this qualifies me for the club.

Why fill them with fine potatoes when you can fill them with the bodies of your slain enemies? Great for impromptu pinatas!
I own a flail, and it works much better than potato sacks. And yes, while I do own many many deadly weapons, I do in fact kill things with my bare hands. (ants at least)

the only thing I might change is that the flourishes at the top, though centered, have uneven spacing relative to the shark & man (touching the very manly man, not the shark). I would just add some more space so that it doesn’t touch, the more white space on a shirt, the better!

suggestions for checklist items: bear(grizzly or polar); great white shark; siberian tiger; cape buffalo; covenant elite; brute necromorph; and then have “men” with a slew of tally marks underneath

Not to be a grammar nazi, but wouldn’t it either be “Killing things with their bare hands club” or “Kill things with your bare hands club”?
I second the latter version. Somehow, “your” just seems to work better than “their” in this case.
Or “kill things with their bare hands club.” They/you/I/we kill, but he/she kills.

The “Kills Things with their Bare Hands Club” is exactly that. a club that “kills things with their bare hands”. It is grammatically correct that way.
Even though I’m pretty sure that the hooks on a shark’s skin are microscopic, the thought of punching a shark with you bare hands still kinda makes me cringe.
… In that case, even though this probably makes me unable to join the club, I’d still like the t-shirt. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen such a perfect piece of webcomic paraphernalia.

Har har! You know what’s funnier than this comic? When the author re-authers you’re post! Of course, I know this one will be for your eyes only, too. Your sanitization is funny on the outside, but it would be a sad thing if you don’t understand what I wrote. You’re navil gazing, and the fat line that divides illustration from art is the false peripheral vision apparint in your drawings. But, you know this, and that’s why you keep trying to draw that girl. She comforts you.
There’s no need to be mean. If you have a problem with the comic, nobody is (to my knowledge) forcing you to read it.

One small detail about the shirt that I noticed. Really trivial, but the shark’s tail continues past the lettering, whereas the club member’s legs don’t. It’s not like a deal breaker or anything. I just found it a bit… um… I guess odd? Not the right word, but whatever.
Have you looked into selling it at shirts.woot.com? I have no clue if that’s fine for protecting your artists rights, but a lot of people check that site.
