Just in case you were wondering, there are only laws against it in 20 states in the US. Unfortunately, in Pennsylvania it’s a second degree misdemeanor, so you could go to prison for up to 2 years if convicted.

in the third panel “…he went to outside to pee?” idk if thats a mistake, but that does sound like something someone would say in that way for what has happened to him
