Note to everyone, don’t attempt to follow villains to cemeteries… or scary looking dogs. Because I would piddle myself if this thing ran in front of me at a tombstone.
Alright, touche, you guys got me on that, it would have been amazing. I really did underestimate. For that, I am sorry, Scotticus. Can you forgive a fellow “-icus”?
That’s just a ploy. They’re merely working their way up to omelets, and then from there, they plan to add pancakes/waffles. Before you know it, you’ll be making 3-course breakfasts with bacon-wrapped sausages and freshly squeezed orange juice. Unfortunately, you’ll be so distracted you’ll BURN YOUR TOAST!!! That is their vengeance. Burnt toast. That is all.
I can just forsee a relationship between these two developing… with Nergil showing up at the last second to save Chase with the reasoning of
“My supply of booty would dry up if I didn’t”
I feel it was a little irresponsible of Chase, Taryn and Mr Mills to just leave Zoe with the hilarious but undeniably homicidal villain Nergil. They just left her. Without a thought or hesitation. With the murdering magical psychopath. While all she cares about is their safety. Friendship can be a harsh mistress
OH, now that would be equally cool.
(As a sentimental scene. Maybe we will get both? I wonder if she comes back as a Zombie? That would be interested. )
Just sowing the seeds of chaos here, but what if there IS a way to bring her back… but… Hrrrmmm….. she’ll need a body to host… IF ONLY NERGIL HAD BROUGHT A GIRL WITH HIM!
Hey, i figured i would just take a minute to say that i really like how your art style has evolved. The art at the beginning of the comic was pretty good, and the story was interesting too, but I really like how the comic has evolved. the story’s plot is much more captivating, and the artwork is much nicer (though this is purely subjective). Good work. I look forward to seeing more in the future.
I am again impressed Mr Scott.
To be honest, I thought you might have started floundering a bit at the end of that last bit.
It’s almost fair enough, releasing Nergil from his curse changes a lot of things, including his reasons for conflict with the Good guys.
And Mr Mills agreeing to Taryn and Chase’s marriage also alters one of the other sources of tension from the story.
I was worried the story might stall at the end of this major set, but now I see I needn’t have doubted.
I am intrigued once more and interested to the Nergil’s post-curse activities, and what could possible result from them.
Nice work my Good sir.
I’m looking forward to watching the continuing evolution of this excellent story.
Dammit I’m caught up! I hate being caught up it’s like reading half of a good book only to turn the page and find it blank. I’ve decided that if the Feds are going to waste money they might as well pay web comic authors a full salary for making comics so then at least we can all get something from it and I will never be caught up again! Oh and I’m sorry about the ranting I tend to do that sometimes.
one of the most convenient places to die
Dawww…. Nergil’s got a sentimental scene coming up, I can FEELZ it…
Ooo, yes, this is gonna be good.
ditto
WHERE THE FUCK DID HE GET CLOTHES!?!?
Heh, I’m trying to speed things up a bit, so I skipped over the him leaving and getting dressed part 😉
It would have been boring anyway.
pff, i highly doubt that. you underestimate scott’s story telling abilities
Indeed, good sir – especially with HER involved. He even could have drawn the baby mice-looking nipples!
Alright, touche, you guys got me on that, it would have been amazing. I really did underestimate. For that, I am sorry, Scotticus. Can you forgive a fellow “-icus”?
I would think his closet. Though I suppose he might have a wardrobe.
Does he fold or use hangers though? Now that’s the real question.
I sense a future relationship between these. Course I may be listening to the voices in my head a bit too much here.
Don’t worry, I listen to the voices, too… but they mostly tell me to drink coffee and make scrambled eggs at 2 or 3 am, so it’s pretty safe.
That’s just a ploy. They’re merely working their way up to omelets, and then from there, they plan to add pancakes/waffles. The gods put WAY too much cunning into you. They might regret that decision.
I have the same dreadful suspicion…
I can just forsee a relationship between these two developing… with Nergil showing up at the last second to save Chase with the reasoning of
“My supply of booty would dry up if I didn’t”
I think Tony already used that excuse, except I don’t think he helped Chase rather than Chase smashed his face with a brick (or was it a plank?).
You left out a word there. It’s Undeniably SEXY homicidal villain Nergil.
i know he is the villan and all…but for cereal i want to be nergil. if i was him i would mount my platypus everywhere!
That the best innuendo I’ve ever heard.
Aw, is he going to visit Marian’s grave?
That was my thought. I bet we’re all gonna be ; _ ; if and when he does. CURSE YOU, IMMORTALITY!!
May I just say his mustache could rival the likes of Tom Selleck. Although not as awesome as Mr Mills.
Maybe he’s visiting his long since dead love? The one from the old fillers?
LOL, she’s still following him around…
Daww Zoey just cares about her friends… But Nergil.. Nergil just wants Marian back… Maybe he is going to raise her from the dead!
OH, now that would be equally cool.
(As a sentimental scene. Maybe we will get both? I wonder if she comes back as a Zombie? That would be interested. )
*InterestING damn it!
Sorry to be the devils advocate good sir, but if that does happen, I am fulling expecting a three way joke.
Just sowing the seeds of chaos here, but what if there IS a way to bring her back… but… Hrrrmmm….. she’ll need a body to host… IF ONLY NERGIL HAD BROUGHT A GIRL WITH HIM!
Oh. Oh, God. That’s…sinister.
i am impressed, not many people think of these things. bravo, sir.
I must say your artwork is looking gorgeous today
I have FINALLY caught up to this comic! It’s taken me a while, but this is by FAR my favorite comic now, you sir, have a fan 😀

i think one of the tombstones says Laura L, or Tara R or something… interesting… or im just high

Koalas.
Man, I hope they hook up.

I’m thinking Nirgel’s former love is probably related to…nahhh!
Is that an ascot? How dashing!
Nergil looks more dapper than ever. And if I were Zoe, I would be all over that business.
OMG SADNESS IS COMMING
following an evil guy into a cemetery?
IT’S F**KING FOOLPROOF!
(just like a fluffed pillow)
Love. I’m loving this so much. This is by far my favorite comic!
And SHIP! So much!!! *Squee and cling so tight you can’t breath*
i’d follow him anywhere.
