Oh wowzers, I have attempted the unthinkable… backgrounds, well, not elaborate… but baby steps nonetheless 😉 I made a facebook fan page too, so become a fan while I set up the links on the site 🙂 Due to circumstances, my new webcomic will launch Monday, and Nerf-This will update more frequently. I also feel a little bit naughty, never have I drawn my characters to look so… scantily clad.
can I get that sweet card in somethign higher res? or a bi-fold?

haha, oh no, once the holidays are over this picture is going to be destroyed (in a digital fire) even looking at it now, I feel like I should arrest myself for being so creepy, the mustache lived for about twp hours, it fell prey to my clippers 😉

Oh my gosh! I checked this at work (what else would I be doing), and I almost couldn’t breathe when I saw that holiday card. I was trying not to let customers hear me laughing my ass off. You look like such a creeper. Nice! Haha
well i feel like i should maybe put a normal picture next to that one since i’m getting mail asking if i’m really that creepy (to some extent I felt like I almost replied yes… I am) 😉

Yeh, I’m going to say sorry if you have seen it, its not a pretty sight to behold, and a good proper amount of photoshop was involved to make me look so creepy-ish 🙁
Am I the only one who thinks it lookes funny. But maybe cuz you´ve explained like a 1000 times that it´s creepy. I´ve expected something waaaaay worse:P
But heey what I always say, if you can look that bad. You must be pretty good looking yourself. (and yes, i’m a strong believer of that!:P)
haha thank you, i recieved more emails than i thought of readers who said “omg you don’t look like that do you?” which made me a bit nervous then haha, i explained that there was a strong bit of photoshop included to create such strong magic 😉

Oh there will be a story arc for Snarky (because there are a few things that Taryn doesn’t know about). I’m happy that you like the backgrounds, I’m trying to make little changes until I feel more comfortable with it… and Nixon, rich brown hair please 😉
I agree with you on that one. but you have to cast your vote on the poll. i’m trying to make it a fan choice so that no one can claim i didn’t give them the chance to fight for what they wanted, or that changed things without consulting my fanbase.
Rig the poll process, politicians do it, maybe webcomic artists should follow in their dastardly footsteps 😉 (I’m kidding of course)
the idea of rigging it has not escaped me… i feel like it’s an artist’s right to change whatever, but then i’ve seen the backlash that happens when artist DO make dramatic changes without consulting fans first… so, mostly out of obligation, i’m putting the change into my fan’s hands… hoping desperately that they pick what i like.
i really can’t describe just how happy monty and snarky make me, i really can’t wait for the plushes! can you make/are you going to make a snarky version too? *cough* please say yes *cough* >.>

I’m really happy to hear you say that, I’m more than pleased to know that people like Monty and Snarky as much as they do 🙂 I will have a prototype of Snarky made up, but that probably won’t happen until after the holidays.
If there was a Monty next to me I would say, “That’s right, I need you to bleed cuteness” 😉
