Wow, I think every year Christmas gets here a little faster. That being said, I have a little bit to say about 2010, I have a lot of plans for Nerf This, and goals as well. I will be attending cons, the stuffed Montys are being made right now, there will be a new tee shirt… AND (this is my favorite part) as of 2010 Nerf This will be a week day daily strip until further notice. I want to thank everyone who checks in and comments, you guys are awesome.
So I hope everyone was/is safe on their New Years adventure, mine unfortunately will prove to be pretty treachorous, there is a nasty sleet storm outside, and I will be venturing into it… if only I could find something to ride, something reliable, and built for adventure.
So we are back to the story now, and things are heating up, Chase makes his escape, Steph and Tony wonder who is Taryn talking too… Monty is just doing his thing, being furry and somehow uselessly supportive 🙂

Crazy roided out ex-boyfriend on the left, and a plaid woman who’s strength is probably sung in greek mythology on your right (who’s in love with the monopoly man)… maybe I should put lighting in the background to show the full effects of this dangerous situation.
Thought some of you might be interested in seeing this. I haven’t had a personal art portfolio in a LONG time, tore it down years ago, used some freelance sites with some pieces on and mostly I did some contract work through word of mouth. Welp, I finally created one, its not done yet, but if any of you were interested you can see it here at scottferguson.net.
So this wraps up things here for now, I may have one more strip planned but this week will also mark a very special tale of Monty.
You may look at this at first glance and say to yourself, “What the &%@# just happened?” Well, this is maybe the first story I really wanted to do, and is a major basis for Nerf This. This will be not NEARLY as long as the Hunter story but will show a very good look into Monty, so please bear with me through this mess 🙂
So here is the 2nd strip for the Monty flashback, this sequence should be over by the end of this week or beginning of next. I’m really looking forward to it, and I love old timey talk.
