    well considering him and Marian were around in the victorian era, 1883 is a lot more plausible, but if my eyes are correct, I think it says 1922

  She’s his fiance. He had to make a great show in the carnival of her father(some kind of wizard? who cursed him into this demon form) to get his acceptance and marry her.

The expressions and body language are great~ Granted, they always are, but still XD
I particularly like the raised eyebrow in the last panel.
Also, I wonder if he ever had to relieve himself while he was all demon-y. I can’t recall if that was ever mentioned. He’s into some odd things it seems . . .

  I believe Nergils last name is Pendleton, he was set to marry Marrian, but never got the chance, since he only just now broke the curse.

    Actually, what I was implying is that Marrian got married and that Zoey’s her great-great granddaughter. Think about it, Marrian was a semi-psychotic wizzard. And Zoey’s… well, Zoey. I think that Nergil the resident “whorelock” (he calls himself that in one panel) and Zoey might bond over her ancestry.
    
    Zoey might be the only character who WOULDN’T be disgusted by

    Besides, Nergil might the only character other than Chase who accepts the dildo armory.
