Chase’s deduction skills are almost at a Scooby Doo Mystery level, except where everything ends in murder.
Well, that could have gone better.
… Maybe. For all we know this was a doubleruse and the bromunculus was disguising itself as Nergil looking for the bromunculus.
Or Arryn. That person was around here a while ago, right?
Chances that the arrow is removed by the brick?
Nergil thought process: “With friends like Chase who needs enemies!”
The way it hit him, given the angle of trajectory, was very close to a glancing blow. It seems to have hit the arrow, but the only way it could be removed by the brick is if it tore right through the top of his head. thankfully, in this form, he’s pretty amorphous and it won’t kill him.
but the chances are probably higher than we might assume because this is a comic and ultimately is not decided by science but by the author’s will. Considering Scott’s the one at the wheel here, I’m not ruling anything out until it happens.
Isn’t Chases hand on the other side of the brick too…? The side with the wasp holding the knife?
The wasp knows better than to stab the wrong person. And Chase is always the wrong person.
So… Taryn’s pretty much dead now.
Is your friend’s great dane… named Love?
This new art style is very surreal. I am bordering on the line between “like” and “not sure.” Maybe it is because i got so used to the previous one.
