I’ve been reading the comic for a while. I love it for how silly and somewhat serious it can be, but this is one of the finest moments sir. You deserve a pat on the back 😀
They are so made for one another it’s actually frightening. And the coque/private dick joke will never, ever get old.
I remember you said a few comics ago that you were trying to make the girls prettier; well, you’ve definitely nailed it here! Taryn looks very feminine and lovely 🙂 but you’ve managed to hold on to daddy’s personality in her expressions. Love it!
Yeah, haha, I think it’s almost every post where I try something new, I usually force myself to do little changes instead of large ones, so things at least stay consistent… until you look back 30 posts and almost vomit like I do 😉
I love how Chase’s design has come to look so much like “dream Chase.” Is that a sign of character development, Scott, or just a response to all the squealing fangirls from the dream pages?
I liked dream Chase so much, I wanted normal Chase to have some of the similar features (eyes, jawline, etc)… but more or less, I did this by accident (pretty much like 99% of the comic’s growth) 😉

Spider webby threads are sinister indeed, but everyone here is an awesome bunch, and I’m more than grateful for that. I was watching the movie “Night at the Museum : Smithonian” when I realized that (the female named.. Amelia?) that actress looks kinda like Taryn when Chase was having those dreams with the snuggler and such at the hospital…when her hair was all curly in his imagination lol Does that run-on sentence make sense?..I hope so
a good friend of mine referred me to your comic recently and I must say that I am impressed with how fast your artwork has improved over such a short amount of time. I look forward to seeing where you take the story as well as your next updates to motokool and scout crossing. Keep up the good work.

With the three comics, among doing other illustrations, I think I’m totaling 17-19 hour work days in many cases, mostly because I love pushing myself, and creating something I’m hoping I can get better at, and everyone can enjoy, so thank you 🙂
