You know, I still somehow expect him not to be “dead” when this is over. He’s just been a superpowered evil guy for so long that his curse breaking makes him think he’s dying.

i mean, the curse was to have to put on an awesome show, and that crowd sure looks to be enjoying itself.

  He is about 150-200 years old. If he broke the curse, he probably would still have aged to death.

    yes but there are two probable and logical conclusions one could make to say that he wouldn’t be dead… even in that case. Firstly, he could just go back to the form that he was in before the curse took hold, without having aged at all. Secondly, he’s a very powerful wizard, I’d have to imagine that wizards of that caliber could prevent themselves from dying from old age for perhaps thousands of years….

        Actually, as I recall, Dumbledore faked his death, not letting Harry know he was going off with Rumbleroar (He’s a lion… who can talk!), to Pigfarts! (It’s on Mars, you know….)
