Right now I’m suffering from a severe form of unicorn/dragon/griffon aids. I was even complimented on my gland size the other day. So I’m sorry if this comic is a little iffy, I was heavily medicated on EVERYTHING.

The kid from before that he “Phlomped” on (at least, that’s what the hair on the skull says to me). Even though he landed on him, he probably took a moment to eat him ‘right’ before showing up.
That, or magic. He ate him with magic. I’m not sure if that sounds ridiculous enough to be true though.

Why was Mrs. Mills all relieved that no one was hurt? I mean earlier she tried to kill Chase because he had Monty(Please correct me if i am wrong) and for not being heroic enough. Now she is glad that no one was seriously injured(save Nergil)? Does she have a “rage mode” similar to Chase? Please if someone can clear up Mrs. Mills motivations for trying to kill chase and her current behavior, i would be very appreciative. Also the reason i am posting this query to this comic is because this is the newest one, therefore more people will see it.
she wanted to protect her daughter from the Monster, wich she thought was Monty.
So she wanted to kill Monty and to get to him she had to go through Chase.
Turns out the real Monster is Chase, so she tried to kill him and vice versa.
Now, the fact that Her daughter Loves Chase and that Monty “Saved” her turn the whole situation into one big clusterfuck
Relieved that no one (specifically, Taryn) was hurt.

Too many shenanigans. Monty never ate the fat kid, it was clearly ejaculate on Zoey. Scott got cold feet and decided he went too far with the last strip and reversed it. By doing so he has introduced Deus Ex Machina, Unintended Consequences, and Unreliable Narrator issues into his story.
I thought it was pretty obvious that Monty was throwing up in the previous strip. Don’t remember him ever eating the fat kid though. Time for me to backtrack through the strips!
A sticky white creamy substance is sprayed all over a female character, she goes into shock, and a male character starts making comments about how she has now been hussified, loss of integrity, and unwanted pregnancies and you think it was ‘obviously’ vomit? There is nothing obvious about it.
I’m fine with it being vomit. But to say that it’s obvious that it was vomit makes no sense to me. This was at least a deliberate attempt to mislead the readers, which is why I said ‘unreliable narrator’. The same is true of the kid, nothing indicates he was consumed by Monty.

She mentioned him looking sick, and considering that Snarky vomited rainbows, I don’t think it’s very surprising that the vomit isn’t a pukey green puddle.
Take note that it was us (the readers) who came up with that opinion by ourselves, and that one of the only two responses made by Scott on the page was in response to someone implying it was puke.
Unless you mean to imply that ‘a questionable gallon of bacon’ can cause one to nut in a spastic manner, or that ‘chewing the fat’ can result in similar behavior.
… It might seem as if those are odd euphemisms, but those are directly from the comment(s) in question.
I’m going by the content of the strip, not the comments section. To say Scott did not know what he was intimating with his choices in how he drew his strip and what he had Nergil say is rather odd to me.
Go by the content again; to say that phrase means can mean absolutely anything considering who the one saying it is, and how he thinks? Or rather, taking what Nergil says at face value?
… Not what I’m trying to say. Rather, consider who it was who said that. It’s not at all out of character for Nergil to say something’s been hussified (or that far ‘out there’ to say that his definition is slightly different from the one we gave the word) when he also has no real idea what just happened/has never seen Monty do that before.

I’m currently using an add-on for chrome called “New tab page” which has the side-effect of popping up ads on some pages. Under the comic on my screen are an ad for a Nerf gun and 3 ads for Bicycle playing cards. i lol’d.
