Mate, learn to spell. “Your” is a wee bit text-message-ish. Try “You’re” when contracting “you” and “are” as in “you are past your prime” and “you are a monster” and so on and so forth.
Other than that, nice effort.
ah yes, the older posts are a bit more horrid in spelling and the “your/you’re” debacle. I will need to go back and change everything one by one eventually. I really put little thought into thinking “your” was text messag-ish though, I never heard that reference. Hopefully the newer posts have less of these blatant mistakes, and thank yo for writing
Maybe less condescending fans, too.
You can only put up with so much blatant grammatical errors on the internet (and everyone knows how frequent it is) before it starts becoming a sore subject.
Granted, the condescension probably wasn’t necessary, but I can’t personally blame anyone for being annoyed with it.
I have no excuse for how bad these are written, not in the least. I had very little knowledge of grammar as well (as you can see), one day I will have to go back and fix these.
It’s okay. I have enough blame to go around.
meh, not everyone notices, i have issues with your and you’re as well, mostly cause of my ADD, but still
My ADD helps me ignore those mistakes
I remember having those kind of fights with my friend..we had to wear goggles because that’s all we would do is shout each others eyes
that sounds rather intense!
I’d be cool with that less condescending fans part myself, can we get a start on that?
Absolutely! That asshole totally got fired. ;D
How in the world was that guy being condescending? He noted a mistake, gave solid, not at all sarcastic advice as to how to avoid that mistake in the future, and then went on to say that he liked it regardless. I think his tone and message were fine, and I agree with it. Your/you’re is a huge pet peeve of mine, other than that the comic is great. See? Not condescending at all.
The only comic where we see Tony’s Eye.
Granted, it’s only one, but OMG I’VE FINALLY FOUND IT
I’m sorry. Your comic looked interesting. But the last three times I hit next some guy went “Congratulations! You Won!” and it just really is annoying. You should be careful of what ads you put on your site.

I like your early efforts almost as much as I LOVE “Scout Crossing”. The writing is infinitely better in “Scout”, but I like to see where it all started. If anything, keep your focus on “Scout” and “Motokool” (ESPECIALLY “Scout”). Those are your hot ticket items, and I feel like “Scout Crossing” is a comic that I would buy if it ever came to print. Love your work, Scott. Keep pushing those limits.
