I don’t think it’s too bad. If people are saying “I can picture Taryn naked NOW” just because she’s in semi-underwear, well…no offense, but that’s kinda…
Anyway, on that happy note, I love your comics. They’re AWESOMENESS…IN COLOR.

By the way, I also do kind of the same thing your doing, only on Word instead of in drawing. I have to ask something…if I were to draw it, would I have to consult the owner of the characters first? They’re already copyrighted by someone. (Yes, lol, they are. But it’s allowed to write about them, though.)

i know i want to do a beach skit eventually, so I better get my bathing suit sketches out And I forgot about that dress, that was really fitted, I need to do more of that fancy wear now and then.

I think bathing suits are easiest to draw over complete nudity. Unless she wears a tankini with a skirt and ruffles. Buuut, you know. Standard bikinis really don’t leave much to the imagination, so it’s easier just to draw them over naked bodies.

I’m always over thinking not whoring out the looks of my characters, I feel I owe them more than that, and I’m really happy you like the comics! To answer your question, I believe you are allowed to write about someone’s characters, on the other hand if you were to gain a financial and commercial gain by “using ” someone’s characters, I believe asking for permission is legally correct (I think, but I’m not too certain).
